AZZERO – Visual Identity and Multimedia Design for a Coaching Brand

Azzero offers a unique coaching approach, balancing emotion, science, and philosophical practices for those seeking personal growth in daily life.

Azzero is a coaching team that helps people develop their skills, live better, and approach life with greater serenity. The project targets individuals seeking motivation, balance, and practical tools for well-being.
Key values communicated through the brand are freedom, personal focus, meditation, and scientific reliability. The name “Azzero” evokes both the idea of resetting stress and starting anew.
Compared to other coaching teams, Azzero stands out for its original approach: it combines Eastern disciplines and philosophy with scientific evidence, creating what can be called a true “soul engineering.”

Role & Responsibilities

My contribution ensured a coherent and recognizable Azzero identity across all launch and promotional materials.

My role included visual and multimedia design, as well as the adaptation and implementation of the pre-existing brand identity. I strengthened and completed the brand image, applying it across multiple touchpoints.
I worked on book launch campaigns, printed and digital materials, social media, motion graphics for the book trailer, partial website restyling, and course/event materials. Daily management of materials and communication remains with Azzero.
I collaborated with Massimiliano (the coach), event organizers, and the website development team.

Design Challenge

The challenge was to balance lightness, energy, and scientific rigor in a coherent and versatile visual identity.

The main challenge was to create a space distinct from typical coaching brands: conveying energy and motivation, highlighting the scientific rigor of the content, and making the brand feel simple, reassuring, and inspiring.
The system needed to be flexible to accommodate books, courses, videos, and the website, while maintaining a clear and recognizable identity.

 

Visual Identity System

 An essential, modular design centered on the circle and distinctive colors, conveying openness, energy, and harmony 

The visual identity is built on a few key elements:

> The circle (zero): the central symbol of community and new beginnings.

> Colors: aqua green as the main color, combined with clean, simple lines.

> Logo and graphics: simple, modular, and adaptable across materials, including the Academy logo.
The circle is also used as a frame for images or a recurring graphic element to create visual consistency.

Multimedia & Interactivity

The visual system integrates video, motion graphics, and digital materials to create a coherent, emotional, and motivating experience.

I created motion graphics for the book trailer, integrating images of people and essential graphic elements to convey emotion and motivation.
The digital platform and online materials serve to promote the coach, provide event information, and support book sales. Recurring elements such as the circle, aqua green, and images of people ensure consistency across touchpoints.

 

Evolution & Impact

The visual evolution made Azzero a recognizable and motivating brand, strengthening the connection with its audience and consistency across materials.

Over time, the identity evolved by adopting aqua green as the primary color and integrating images of faces and bodies, making the brand more human and relatable.
The project increased brand recognition and engagement: the coach’s books became Amazon bestsellers, and the audience responded positively to campaigns and video content.

 

Personal Takeaway

Designing a visual identity that balances scientific content, emotion, and accessibility for the audience.

This project taught me how to build a visual identity that combines conceptual rigor with emotional accessibility, creating spaces that are functional, recognizable, and capable of engaging the community.
